Stephanie holds an MSc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Kent and a B.A in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego (SUNY Oswego). She is a Certified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD).

Work Experience

With over 7 years of experience in customer service, community management, business management and human resources, Stephanie has amassed a wealth of knowledge and gained a thorough understanding of motivating factors and its complexities for stakeholders in internal and external environments.

Prior to joining Impact Hub Lagos, Stephanie worked at The Filmhouse Limited, the number one cinema chain in West Africa, for 3 years where she spearheaded the launch and subsequent operations of a sub-department responsible for catering to the unique needs of HNI clients. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed large teams through her democratic leadership style. Stephanie is a strong believer in the power of people and the correlation between business success and people centered business processes.
